Nyan cat Inspired Dress
Why this costume:
This dress was made with no particular purpose other than the share my love of a very popular internet cat Nyan Cat.
Details:
I designed the dress using the same pattern I drafted for my Panty costume just making sure to make it a little bit longer. It's fully lined and finished. The back I cut open and turned placing grommets and adding a lace up corset design for a little more originality.
The Nyan cat design I cut and made from felt which I hand painted and sewed together.
I also added rainbow buttons at the attached shoulder straps and the ribbon around the waist for more color and details.
Though simple really, it was a lot of fun to be creative once again and show my love from something that's just too cute!
