Matsumoto rangiku - Bleach
Why this costume:
Yes, another Matsumoto....It is the same version as seen in the 10th Bleach Opening: Scandal by Shōjo S. I really like this character/series what can I say?
Details:
Everything was pretty straight forward. I can answer questions if anyone has any but it was a basic pleat skirt which I have detailed with other costumes as well as a collared top.
The top I modified from an old one I had on hand. This included: taking it in a little, adding the matching cuffs, and modified button placements.
Then I constructed a tie in the same shape as hers using the extra fabric from the skirt.
