Female Cloud - Final Fantasy VII cosplay
Why this costume:
Final Fantasy VII is iconic. Love it or hate it, Final Fantasy VII brought so many people into the FF universe. I personally loved FF7, and though I really love the female cast I also love the male cast too. I wanted to do a strong character and having done a female version of Auron previously I knew I should do Cloud. This also allowed me to loan out my Auron for a duo cosplay!
Details Construction:
The top is blue stretch knit, sewn into a sleeveless top with a turtle neck. The skirt is stretch poplin and stolen from my previously made Panty costume!
Armor:
The armor pieces were made of EVA foam that I painted and modeled with a heat gun. I got creative this time around, using any materials I could find...including googly eyes.
The fabric portions of the armor are foam covered by leatherette. I then hand sewed beads on for further details.
Sword:
Was a gift and made by Gino.
