Matsumoto rangiku - Bleach
Why this costume:
I wanted to make a formal dress for a ball at Jacon 07. So, I made this version of Matsumoto. I also wanted to have it for a back up in case of an additional formal event.
Details:
This dress isn't actually costume quality as I made it as a formal dress should be and I even fully lined it. Ended up being really comfortable and I enjoyed wearing it! I simply followed a formal dress pattern and modified the top to be a circle opening instead of a "V." This was a case of following directions to a pattern for the most part.
Everything else I just added because that is, unfortunately, the only image of this outfit.
