Bishoujo Leatherface
Why this costume:
So, being a horror girly, when I saw this version Leatherface as part of the Bishoujo line by Kotobukiya, I just knew I wanted to make it. Like the Freddy and Michael Myers the design was so iconic but just different/sexy enough I loved it!
Details:
Most of this costume was made with the power of repurpose! I made a trip to the thrift store to find aspects of this costume to help bring the look to life. I then modified things slightly to really help bring it together.
Huge thank you to my amazing friend Ed for giving me the chainsaw! I did some painting to it and added the blood to make it more authentic and similar to the iconic one! Over-all this was a fun costume to put together to do as a shoot. I'll never get enough of cosplaying these horror icons!
